I found the pillows not as comfy as I hoped. There was no daily cleaning, which would have been nice for a longer stay. A big downside was the lack of air conditioning in my room. it felt hot and stuffy. On the other hand, I did appreciate the quiet atmosphere, perfect for trying to rest. I liked the eco-friendly touch with the biodegradable water bottles. Plenty of beneficial features, yet some annoying misses.
